Oliver, Mommy, and Daddy have been working on the alphabet and we shot a video this evening. Oliver has down every letter but "W"and his best letter is "O". Clearly his little brain is already grasping what President is worth talking about and what president (intentional use of lowercase) is not worth discussing... There is also a video of a new laser pointer pen Daddy got at work, and a video from Valentine's Day. Enjoy!

What a lovely rendition of the abc's. W doesn't count at all, neither as a president nor as its own letter because it's just two u's in a row. Kinda of like GHB and GUUB who are two b's in a row, two stupid, pathetic b's in a row.
The Valentine's Day speaking bee (not to be confused with the two b's above) was also very nice. You know so many words, many of which I needed to look up in my Funk & Wagnalls. Maybe you could proof read my latest research report. I definitely need help there. (And BTW, how are you at data entry?)
And even though it was very, very cute, you're not a cat, and do not play with laser pointers. The only ones that are fun to play with are those that are attached to sights on high powered rifles. (GUUB?).
I'm putting the finishing touches on my new 2008 DVD. It's lot like the ones from the past 2 years – Snow, Oliver, Molly, Oliver, Flowers, Oliver, trips to MN and trips from MN, Oliver … well, I guess you catch my drift.
Have fun in the snow tomorrow. 6-10” for us. May have to “work at home.”

Two U's in a row are definitely nothing worth saying but two G's in a row...now that's a whole different story! Your alphabet is so impressive! You say all the letters so perfectly! Your great Grammy would say, "You're too smart for words." I would say you are very smart with letters! I wonder whether your insistence on saying "Cheese" at the end of your valentine video was a way of stating that male contention that Valentine's Day is a cheesy holiday! If so, you are most precocious! As for the laser pointer... Well, all I can say is you are much cuter than the four-legged animals I have seen playing with laser pointers.
We can't wait to see you next month! By then I hope you'll be able to say CAMEL! (I put that in for your Uncle Jason)
Oh Oliver, you are so cute!! I love how you say Poppy -- it just pops right out! You also do a great job with your alphabet ... soon I bet you'll be saying it backwards! You're quite the intelligent little man -- you must have gotten it from your mommy!

Mr. Oliver, that is some fine ABC action. Here's a piece of advice - "W" is actually quite easy to say. It's pronounced "douche bag." Here, let's try it in a sentence: "George douche bag Bush spiraled the country into a crippling economic mess." See, that wasn't so hard!
